So, when CS Group officially joined Dorset Chamber as a Premium Member, it felt like a moment worth celebrating — and definitely one worth talking about from where we sit at Loose Connections.
We spend our days helping businesses get found online, look brilliant, and communicate in ways that genuinely connect with people. Becoming part of Dorset Chamber feels very aligned with what we’re all about, if we’re allowed to say that about ourselves.
So – what exactly is the CS Group
CS Group is the parent company that brings together Loose Connections alongside two other businesses: Sentinel Data Solutions, which provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, and telephony, and Collate Business Systems, specialists in managed print solutions.
On paper, it might sound like an unusual mix, but in reality, it makes perfect sense. Most businesses need reliable IT, they need print, and they need marketing. Being able to access all three through a group that actually works collaboratively, shares expertise, and communicates internally makes life far easier than juggling separate suppliers who barely know each other.
For clients, it means less repetition, less chasing, and a much clearer line of accountability. For us at Loose Connections, it means we’re constantly working alongside people who understand the wider operational picture of a business — not just the marketing side of it.
Why Dorset Chamber feels like the right fit.
Dorset Chamber has been supporting local businesses since 1949. Good marketing has always been built on strong relationships. The Dorset Chamber network gives us the opportunity to meet businesses at a stage where we can make a real difference, whether that’s helping a growing company sharpen its online presence, supporting a local business that wants to get more from social media, or sitting down with someone launching something new who needs a website that does it justice from day one.
